This degree is divided into Stages. Each Stage lasts for an academic year and you need to complete modules totalling 120 credits by the end of each Stage.

The course structure of all our Mechanical Engineering degrees is similar for the first two years. This means you have the option to transfer between the BEng and any of our MEng degrees at the end of Stage 2, providing you achieve a Stage average of 60 per cent.
