Develop the organisational and leadership skills you need to manage projects and people. This degree covers integral planning concepts such as the project life cycle, financial planning and risk analysis. You will also study cross-cultural management, preparing you to deal with cultural issues than can affect projects.
Having learnt the essential tools and methods of project planning, you will then be asked to evaluate these techniques. So that you can relate all this to real-life business situations, you will scrutinise the project planning of an organisation and make suggestions for improvements.
