OVERVIEW

In the modern business environment, there is a pressing need for entrepreneurs to understand how to manage entrepreneurial businesses in uncertain, volatile and dynamic global business environment and how to create and deliver value to customers to secure their loyalty.



The programme equips students with both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills necessary to develop and manage entrepreneurial businesses strategically and successfully in a constantly changing environment while also preparing them for leadership and management positions within organisations. The programme will especially benefit those who have already embarked on careers in creative industries as well as those, intending to move in that direction.



The programme combines academic rigour and practical relevance. There is a careful balance of teaching and learning, individual and group work. Case studies, role-plays and classroom discussions are used to reinforce problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and conceptual skills of students in real life situations. Guest speakers are regularly invited to articulate business and organisational current approaches, views and ideas on particular issues.



WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR

The programme is intended for those students who either hold a degree or have appropriate professional experience thus providing international and domestic specialists with the opportunity to obtain necessary qualifications and further theoretical knowledge to allow them to progress in their careers or start their own business.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

UK applicants: honours degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent in any subject



Overseas applicants: any UK NARIC approved equivalent



Language proficiency: minimum IELTS 5.5 in all brands, or equivalent



Non-graduates with a minimum of five year&rsquo,s industry experience are welcome to apply
