This course will outline the tools required for formulating and evaluating technology strategy in entrepreneurial start-ups where the technology is emerging and leading-edge. A key element of this programme is the critical evaluation of the gap between technology, innovation and commercial success, as well as looking at the type of competencies and skills required to close such a gap. This is achieved through a combination of hands on cutting-edge practical simulation and case studies.
This course is aimed to challenge conventional assumptions and foster the mind- and skill-sets required to drive change and innovation within a corporate environment, or when starting up a brand new business.
