The aim of this course explore in depth what are the most valued cultural and gastronomic resources in the city. 

PROGRAM:
Module 1: Cultural Tourism in Barcelona
Description of the main cultural resources in Barcelona. The focus will be in the touristic and artistic resources. This module will include short visits to the main places. 

Module 2: The Mediterranean cuisine
Where is the secret of the Mediterranean cuisine? Why is it so valued? Is it easy to learn?. This module will try to answer these questions combining the theoretical description of the contents with visits to the main culinary spaces.
